APEX/IFSA Awards | APEX Best In Global Awards | APEX Five Star and APEX Four Star Airline Awards

Awarded at APEX Global EXPO in October 2024, the “Best Customer Journey Experience” category includes products that enrich and improve the passenger experience with hardware or software solutions throughout the entire flight journey – including planning and booking journeys, boarding the aircraft, ordering products on board or accompanying the passenger after landing. Entries can be aimed at passengers, airlines, manufacturers and/or suppliers. The aim of this category is to provide inspiring examples of how new service products can be developed for a personalized passenger experience.

The 2025 APEX/IFSA Award Nomination Period is Now Closed

Thank you for your submissions. Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony at 2024 Global EXPO. The APEX/IFSA Awards consist of five awards categories:

  • APEX Innovate for Best Inflight Connectivity
  • APEX Innovate for Best Inflight Entertainment
  • APEX/IFSA Innovate for Best Cabin
  • IFSA Best Inflight Food or Beverage
  • IFSA Best Onboard Amenity
